An amazing, designer, top floor, three-bedroom apartment in the lovely Cameronian Square development. Set over two floors, this apartment is very special - it's really spacious with three bedrooms (one with its own dressing room, en-suite bathroom and private balcony!), two balconies, a large sociable lounge/dining area and huge, south-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the apartment with light.


Situated in the lovely, quiet Ochre Yards development in Gateshead quays, the apartment is only a 5-8 minutes walk to the Newcastle quayside. Crossing the historic High Level bridge from Ochre Yards will get you to the cirty centre in 15 minutes and afford you amazing views of Newcastle's wonderful bridges on the way.

Gateshead Interchange is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and as well as shops is a stop on Newcastle's suburban rail network, Metro. Newcastle Central Station is only a short walk from the apartment, again across the High Level Bridge, and is a gateway to Newcastle's suburban Metro system as well as trains further afield to destinations such as Edinburgh and Durham. Taxis are also plentiful at the station, although a contact list is in the apartment. Newcastle is a compact city and most things in the centre can be accessed quickly by walking from the apartment.

Regular bus services also travel through Ochre Yards and the stops are a few minutes from the apartment.


The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), an allocated, covered parking, space a huge communal kitchen/lounge/dining area and two balconies.

The large, comfortable lounge opens onto the balcony and has floor-to-ceiling windows that make the room beautifully light and airy. There is a big flatscreen TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, free wireless broadband. plus a dining table with seating for six people. The kitchen area has all the utensils and equipment you could want. The whole kitchen/lounge/dining area is great for socialising with more than enough space for people to comfortably relax.

Both balconies overlook Wordsell drive and being south-facing are lovely and sunny. From the balcony in the lounge you can even see the sunset over the river and Newcastle city centre.

The kitchen has a separate oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer plus disshwasher tablets, laundry detergent, washing up liquid etc are all provided. All you have to bring is food and drink and even then we leave a bottle of milk plus ea and co=fee in the apartment to help get you settled in.

A free, allocated covered parking space is available in Cameronian Square right outside the main entrance to the apartment block.

The apartment comes with many small items that make a stay enjoyable and hassle-free, such as a hair-dryer, ironing board and iron, free tea and coffee, secure entry to the building, on-call maintenance for any problems, extra towels/bedding if required, high chair and travel cot. In fact if there is anything you want us to do or put in the apartment, please tell us when you book and I'm sure we can accommodate you.

The apartment and parking bay are accessible to wheelchairs.
